This smoothie is a satisfying and delicious way to begin the day. Makes two 16 oz smoothies.

5 ice cubes

2-3 leaves of green kale torn into pieces, center stems discarded

1/2 green apple core removed

1/2 ripe banana

5 heaping T of unsweetened coconut flakes

1 1/2 cups So Delicious coconut milk (in green and white box)

1/2 cup orginal RiceDream

2 scoops protien powder ( I use Mediclear)

small piece of peeled lemon (optional)

+/- 3/4 cup of water, until smoothie is desired consistency


Put all ingredients in Vitamix and blend.
