Smoked salmon makes a healthy lunch or dinner quick and easy.

1 package of smoked salmon pulled apart into small pieces (any wild smoked salmon will do but my favorite is Gerard & Dominque Northwest Style Smoked Salmon from MOM's)

1 slice of Ezekiel Bread

sliced tomato

slivered slices of sweet onion

alfalfa or broccoli sprouts


Mustard Dill Sauce

4 T mayonaisse

1 T dijion mustard

2 t honey

1 t tamari or soy sauce

1 1/2 T fresh dill finely chopped

freshly ground black pepper


Mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce in a small bowl.  Toast bread and let cool.  Spread sauce evenly and liberally on toast.  Layer other ingredients and enjoy!
