This is a very easy and satisfying snack.

Muesli:

2 T rolled oats

2 T raw pumpkin seeds

2 T chopped pecans (or other nuts)

2 T raisins or currants

1 T raw sunflower seeds

 Fresh Fruit:

1/2 apple with skin, cored and chopped

or

1 c berries, peaches, papaya, pineapple etc.

1 T tahini

Hemp Milk and/or Rice Milk

  1. Combine all ingredients for muesli in a bowl, stir in the tahini and top with fresh fruit.  
  2. Cover it all with hemp and/or rice milk.

For an even quicker snack but not gluten free you can substitute Bob's Red Mill Muesli
